NC Ticket Law was founded by Ken Hardison and Ben Cochran with the belief that a new type of Criminal Practice Law Firm was needed in today’s world. Ken and Ben’s vision centers on producing outstanding results with personal attention to the client and uncompromising integrity at an affordable fee.

Early on in the practice the decision was made for NC Ticket Law to concentrate all of its work on non-felony criminal matters including Speeding Tickets, DWIs, Misdemeanors and other Traffic Charges.

Our staff of lawyers includes a former prosecutor, Joel Sawyer, whose experience prosecuting speeding tickets and DWIs is of great value to our clients. Ken Hardison’s vast experience of handling hundreds of tickets over his 26 year career greatly benefits our clients.
