- An experienced lawyer knows the law.
- The right plea may help you keep your license and avoid costly insurance rate increases.
- A traffic ticket can sometimes be a misdemeanor offense punishable by jail, probation, or community service hours, which your lawyer could help you avoid.
- The lawyer can often times go to court for you so you don’t have to miss work.
- The risk you face by not having a lawyer versus the reward of having one weighs heavily in favor of having a lawyer protect your interests.
Welcome to NC Ticket Law

NC Ticket Law is a division of Hardison & Cochran, PLLC, the present parent firm of Hardison & Associates.
We wanted to create a law firm to assist people in Wake County and surrounding areas with speeding tickets and misdemeanor violations such as DWIs, at an affordable fee without giving up quality legal services coupled with the same excellent client service our lawyers are known for.
We have seen many people just pay off a speeding ticket and unknowingly have their licenses suspended or revoked by the NC Department of Motor Vehicles. We have seen others’ insurance premiums double because they failed to hire a lawyer. Most people think lawyers are too expensive – this is just not true. Our legal fees for handling speeding tickets start as low as $125.00.
We have a former prosecutor, Joel Sawyer, who knows his way around the courthouse. Ken Hardison has been practicing law for over 26 years and has handled hundreds of speeding tickets and DWIs over his vast career. Experience counts in handling tickets arising out of the operation of a motor vehicle. At NC Ticket Law, we have the experience to get you the most favorable results we can.
When you get a speeding ticket while operating your car in Wake County, call 1-800-NC-BUSTED or email us online. The call or the inquiry is free and the advice is free! Call TODAY! and talk to an attorney the same day!
